Forex Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **
- Ensuring submission of daily work plan to senior every morning.
- Responsible for ensuring timely purchase & sales of foreign currency.
- Ensuring timely delivery & pick-up of currencies from branches.
- Responsible for timely systems entries & upkeep of various reports assigned to the same.
- Efficient interaction with costumer care/customers and aiming for speedy resolution of grievances.
- Responsible for organizing outdoor marketing activities for promoting forex & remittance business.
- Ensuring proper filling of KYC form and managing compliance of the same.
- Responsible for filing of encashment/sale documents and FLM reports.
- Responsible for timely updation of franchisee accounts i.e. daily entries & reconciliation.
- Timely updation of Bank Accounts operations and weekly reconciliation.
- Ensure proper involvement in franchisee audit & inspection.
- Timely resolution of Audit matters & ensuring rectification of irregularities.
- Responsible for custody and upkeep of documents/billd/vouchers related to transactions in forex.
- Maintenance of cheque book register/key register
- Ensuring proper supply of forex register & Encashment certificates books to MFIN branches.
- Timely dealing with FFMC's.

**Experience:

- 0 to 5 years**

- Graduation (Regular) Required**

- Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
