**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Marketing Support**:
- Act as the key point of contact between the company and healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions.
- Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products effectively, ensuring high levels of product awareness and interest.
- Conduct detailed product presentations, explaining the benefits and features of the products to HCPs.
- Support the execution of marketing strategies in the field, aligning with the broader marketing plans.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team about competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials for sales support.
- Drive new product launches and ensure successful adoption within your designated area.
**2. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence**:
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Regularly analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for growth and optimize sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to the management team on market activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.
**3. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and other healthcare-related events to increase brand visibility and support product awareness.
- Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and proper usage of the company’s products.
**4. Regulatory Compliance & Ethics**:
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in full compliance with the healthcare industry’s regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing and sales practices.
**5. Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned products and territories.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the designated region.
- Track sales performance and report progress to the management team regularly.
**Qualifications & Skills:Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to analyze market data and generate insights for strategic planning.
**Preferred**:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with KOLs, doctors, and healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques in the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics and healthcare systems.
- Previous experience with product launches and promotional campaigns.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
