Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Reports To: Sales Manager / Reporting manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
B2C Calling: Engage with potential customers, explain product offerings, address inquiries, and build strong relationships.

Quotation Coordination: Work closely with the project team to prepare and share accurate quotations with clients.

Lead & Visit Follow-ups: Collaborate with the marketing team to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely visits.

Digital Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with the digital marketing team to strategize lead generation and enhance online engagement.

MIS & Reporting: Generate and maintain daily Management Information System (MIS) reports, summarizing key sales activities and sharing them with the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum graduate degree in any stream.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar sales coordination role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,630.64 - ₹20,000.00 per month
