As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and data-driven **Marketing Person**to amplify our brand presence and drive customer acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- **Market Research**: Identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to shape marketing strategies.
- **Partnerships & Activations**: Collaborate with local businesses and influencers for cross-promotions and brand activations.
- **Customer Engagement**: Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to gather feedback and improve customer retention strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in logistics, transport, tech, or e-commerce).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
