Dispatcher - Kutch (Gujarat)

The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting service and site management by defining the working packages for the technicians for scheduled services and troubleshooting and monitoring as part of the back-end processing. This role is also responsible for monitoring the appropriate allocation of resources, including technicians, spare parts, and tools in order to maximize wind farm performance through tools/methods such as 52-week country/regional level capacity planning.

**Responsibilities**
- Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
- Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
- Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
- Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis
- Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
- On time communication to crews an partner is guaranteed
- KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

**Qualifications**
- BE / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
- Minimum 5 years. experience maintenance planning in large asset-based environment
- Experience in preparing detailed reports
- Experience liaising with Blue Collar workers
- Experience in high stress situations in major service planning in maintenance environment
