**Job Description: Jewellery Supervisor - Gold Section**

**Position Summary**: The Floor Manager oversees the daily operations of the gold jewelry section, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory while promoting our cultural heritage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**: Supervise and train sales associates, create schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, assist with selections, and address inquiries and complaints.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, reorder items, and conduct regular inventory audits.
- **Sales Performance**: Set sales targets, analyze trends, and develop promotional strategies for festive seasons.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure attractive displays aligned with traditional aesthetics and update them regularly.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure adherence to store policies and maintain a secure environment.
- **Cultural Representation**: Educate staff and customers about South Indian gold jewelry traditions through workshops and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail management, preferably in jewelry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of gold jewelry design and cultural significance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
