**Reporting to**: Area Sales Manager, Marketing Head
**JOB BRIEF**
The **Sales Executive** will have clear revenue and client acquisition targets, with attractive **performance-based incentives**.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Lead Generation & Business Development**:
- Identify potential clients (doctors, clinics, hospitals) and develop relationships.
- Conduct cold calls, visits, and presentations to onboard new clients.
- Develop a database of prospective customers.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:
- Promote and sell diagnostic services such as pathology tests, ultrasound, and X-rays.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly **sales targets** as assigned.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements in service offerings.
- **Marketing & Strategy Implementation**:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and advertisements.
- Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to management.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest ways to improve revenue.
- Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings.
**TARGET & INCENTIVE STRUCTURE**
- **Monthly Sales Target**: (Revenue-based or Client Acquisition-based)
- **2%** additional commission on exceeding **100% of target**:
- **2+3%** extra commission if target is exceeded by **150%**:
- **Performance Review**: If targets are not met for **3 consecutive months**, performance evaluation will be conducted.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- **Minimum Education**: Graduate in any discipline
- **Technical Education**: MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred)
- **Experience**:
- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience in sales
- Experience in **healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma sales** is preferred
**BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Willingness to travel for client meetings (own vehicle preferred)
