- Resolve on-site technical challenges effectively.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to local regulations.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and construction software.

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
