Maintain corporate governance standards.

Draft of minutes and other documents.

Due diligence,RERA compliance and Insurance companies compliance.

Draft and file legal documents and reports.

Provide guidance on corporate law and governance matters.

All other work of secretarial.

Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
