As a Lab Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and research goals of the college. You will be responsible for assisting faculty and students in laboratory activities, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist faculty and students in laboratory activities
- Prepare laboratory materials, solutions, and reagents
- Set up and maintain laboratory equipment
- Monitor and ensure the safe use of laboratory equipment and materials
- Maintain laboratory records and inventory
- Assist in the preparation of research reports
- Ensure a safe and efficient working environment in the laboratory
- Perform other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Science or bachelor of pharmacy or related fields
- Experience in laboratory work is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and protocols
- Detail-oriented and organized
