**Job Description | **Trainer**.**

Who are we?

We at spocto are developing a full stack collections platform that is powered by AI ML capabilities, that is radically changing collections within the debt industry.

In March 2022, we became India’s fastest fintech and most impactful start-up to join the unicorn club with a Series B fundraising round of $137 million.

We already have all the top Banks and NBFCs as our clients. We have offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Dubai. We plan to expand our business across the EU, USA and SE Asia over the next couple of years.

**Job Title - Trainer.**

**Reports to - Training Manager.**

**Location: Navi Mumbai.**
- Collaborate with stakeholders and key team members to identify company training needs.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Create process refreshers for existing employees.
- Monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness, success and outcome periodically.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- Build and upgrade training modules/ content related to product, process & soft skills.
- Preparing monthly training calendars & publishing training completion reports.
- Preparing and maintaining training MIS like Batch trackers, refresher trackers etc.
- Travel to Thane office for conducting training sessions as and when required.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Certification (e.g. DRA) is a big plus. Collection background training delivery is mandatory.
- Proven 2 - 4 years of experience as corporate trainer or similar role.
- Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint).
- Experience with e-learning software is an asset.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
- BSc/BA in business, HR, finance or relevant field.
