Our 3D Experience team breathes life into objects, characters and creatures by producing the motions, gestures, and expressions of a rigged 3D model frame-by-frame, which is then strung together to form the actions seen in clips, films, TV and advertising. They make the product look realistic & consistent throughout the consumer journey across all platforms.

**Who we are looking for**

People who are keen on details and measurements specifically about the product while maintaining their pace. They should have an ability to interpret and follow reference material to create clean, detailed, and accurate models. They will bring in real-world understanding of proportion, depth, scale, and physical space and should be a quick learner who can pick up new things coming across their everyday work.

**You will be responsible for**
- Producing high-quality organic and hard surface CG models in line with brief and/or reference material.
- Interpret abstract ideas into the creation of compelling photo-real or stylized 3D assets.
- Presenting work in a turntable style environment with acceptable lighting for progress reviews and approval (including scale reference).
- Ensuring consistency of UV mapping and polygonal subdivisions.
- Facilitate the creation of high-quality photo-real texture maps.

**What you will bring to this role**
- A Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Graphic/Communication design or any combination of education, training, and experience related to visual communication
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the design industry in the digital space
- Providing the team with realistic mapped product models.
- Help with rigging and texturing if required.
- Providing 3D models of objects required to set up a real world screen majorly for animations.
- Excellent knowledge of softwares like - Maya, ZBrush, Blender, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine (and other real-time engines)
