**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, gather medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
- Collaborate with senior medical staff to determine appropriate treatment plans for patients.
- Administer treatments, medications, and vaccinations as prescribed by supervising physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and record all relevant medical information accurately.
- Perform and assist in medical procedures, surgeries, and other clinical interventions under the supervision of senior doctors.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Attend and participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings to enhance medical knowledge and clinical skills.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely intervention as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Keep abreast of the latest medical advancements, research findings, and evidence-based practices.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
