**Position: Caregiver**
**Location: United Kingdom**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in a home or healthcare setting.
2. Utilize nursing skills and expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
4. Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation of patient information.
5. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update care plans based on individual needs.
6. Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal hygiene.
7. Provide emotional support and maintain a positive and respectful environment for patients.
8. Stay informed about advancements in healthcare practices and participate in continuous professional development.
9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
10. Ensure compliance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) regulations and standards.
**Qualifications**:
1. Preferred the nurses who are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
2. Hold a valid IMC (Irish Medical Council) certification.
3. Educational qualifications: Either a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing).
4. Proven experience as a nurse.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
8. Understanding of and commitment to patient-centered care.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
