**Position: Tele Marketing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate leads for various design and architecture coaching programs.
- Provide detailed information about the institute, courses, admission procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up to ensure maximum conversion.
- Counsel students over phone calls and assist in resolving queries.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while handling prospects.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate (any stream) with excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi**.
- Prior experience in **telecalling/telemarketing/counseling** will be preferred.
- Ability to engage confidently with parents and students.
- Strong persuasive and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
