As a Public Relations (PR) Executive with digital marketing knowledge, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on leveraging digital platforms and channels to enhance the company's reputation, increase brand awareness, and engage with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute PR campaigns: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating PR campaigns that are in line with the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, developing key messages, and selecting appropriate digital channels and platforms.

Manage media relations: You will serve as the primary point of contact for media relations, building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media outlets. You will also be responsible for pitching stories and securing media coverage.

Create content: You will be responsible for developing content for press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. You will also create digital content such as blog posts, social media updates, and videos.

Monitor and analyze PR performance: You will regularly monitor and analyze PR performance to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. You will use data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaborate with digital marketing team: You will work closely with the digital marketing team to align PR strategies with overall marketing goals. You will collaborate on content creation, social media campaigns, and other digital initiatives.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends: You will stay up-to-date on the latest trends in PR and digital marketing, identifying emerging platforms and channels that can be leveraged to enhance the company's reputation and reach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Public Relations, with knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Knowledge of media relations, including pitching stories and securing coverage.
- Experience in creating content for PR materials and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in PR and marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,747.21 - ₹30,902.65 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
