**Job Summary**:
**A.) Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Quality Control and Assurance**:
○ Oversee and ensure that the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards.

○ Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.

○ Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products (ropes, tiles) for compliance with quality standards.

○ Conduct regular audits and inspections of production lines to ensure quality consistency.

2. **Product Testing and Inspection**:
○ Perform testing on ropes, tiles, and other products for durability, strength, and safety.

○ Ensure products meet industry and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO).

○ Manage and record product testing results, highlighting any discrepancies or defects.

○ Implement corrective actions in case of product failure or defects.

3. **Team Management**:
○ Supervise the quality control team and ensure they follow procedures.

○ Train and guide team members on best practices for quality assurance.

○ Motivate and evaluate team performance to ensure efficiency and high standards.

4. **Root Cause Analysis**:
○ Identify the root causes of defects or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

○ Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to resolve technical and quality problems.

5. **Documentation and Reporting**:
○ Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records and documentation.

○ Prepare quality reports for senior management, highlighting trends, issues, and corrective actions.

○ Maintain traceability of quality checks from raw materials to finished goods.

6. **Compliance and Standards**:
○ Ensure all products comply with the company’s internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

○ Stay up to date with the latest quality standards and industry practices.

○ Manage certifications for product quality and production processes (e.g., ISO certifications).

7. **Continuous Improvement**:
○ Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

○ Use data and analysis to drive process improvements and quality enhancements.

○ Suggest improvements to production processes based on quality feedback.

8. **Customer Feedback Management**:
○ Handle customer complaints related to product quality and initiate corrective actions as required.

○ Monitor customer feedback regarding product quality and ensure improvements are made based on their input.

**B.) Qualifications Needed**:

- **Education**:
○ A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Production), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

○ A diploma or certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.) is beneficial.
- **Certifications (Optional but preferred)**:
○ Quality Management Systems (QMS) certification. **(Preffered)**

**C.) Skills Required**:
1. **Attention to Detail**:
○ Ability to detect even minor quality issues in products.

○ Meticulous in conducting inspections and tests to ensure high standards.

2. **Quality Control and Assurance Expertise**:
○ Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures.

○ Understanding of various testing methods and equipment for ropes, tiles, and related materials.

3. **Problem-Solving Skills**:
○ Ability to identify quality issues and use root cause analysis to determine solutions.

○ Strong decision-making skills to take appropriate corrective actions.

4. **Technical Skills**:
○ Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machinery.

○ Knowledge of quality testing tools and techniques used in manufacturing (e.g., tensile testing, surface hardness tests).

○ **Mid-Level**: 2-5 years of experience, with direct involvement in quality assurance for manufacturing products like ropes, tiles, or similar materials.
