**Product Knowledge and Support**
- Providing advice on the right product as per the customer's requirement. Helping the customer to select the right product as per their requirements.
- Keeping informed about all the company's products, their quality, rates and usage.
- Keeping updated on new products, their features and specifications.

**Quotation and Order Processing**
- Prepare and send product quotation to the customer.
- Prepare and send sales invoice.
- Keep order, customer details and follow-up updates in software.

**Follow-up and Customer Relationship Management**
- Follow up on customers who come to the showroom.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

**Showroom Management**
- Keep proper records of money in the store and maintain the accounts of money.
- Running the shop: Opening and closing the showroom, maintaining cleanliness,
- Maintaining product display etc.
- Keeping the showroom clean and tidy.
- Arranging product display in an attractive manner.
- Keeping price/rate labels updated on all products on display.

**Reporting and Order Delivery**
- Maintain daily sales support and customer service records.
- Assist inventory and logistics teams in order fulfillment and delivery.
- Share customer feedback management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
