**A Little Bit About the Role**:
As a Artworker, you will be an integral part of the team, providing innovative print and online artwork and design services. This role is not just about creating visually stunning designs; it's about harnessing the power of cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and boost production output. You will take personal responsibility for client liaison on allocated jobs, ensuring timely and on-brief delivery.

Additionally, you will be required to work at speed delivering high volume output, while having immaculate attention to detail, and possess a clear understanding of artwork specifications across all traditional print and digital asset placements. **What is required for this role**:

- Produce high quality artwork in line with a given brief and industry standards for print and digital formats.
- A keen eye for detail ensures that all artwork is accurate and meets the required specifications.
- A strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory, is necessary for creating cohesive and effective designs.
- Work collaboratively in a team to develop and execute innovative ideas.
- A good understanding of typography, space and layout as well as text formatting.
- Strong working knowledge of repro and print processes, including colour management.
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including; InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Basic retouching skill.
- Comfortable working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times.

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is essential for creating high-quality digital and print artwork.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is important for a mid weight artworker.
- The ability to take, interpret and deliver creative artwork and presentation projects.
- The ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Excellent art-working skills across integrated media and experience in management of artwork collateral.
- The ability to adapt to new software, tools, and design trends is important for staying current in the industry.
- Proficient in using AI tools like Pencil, which are essential for generating creative content efficiently.
- The ability to craft effective prompts for AI tools. Understanding how to create prompts that yield the desired visual output.
- Familiarity with integrating AI into the creative workflow to enhance productivity and streamline processes is beneficial.
- Knowing what AI can and cannot do helps in setting realistic expectations and effectively leveraging AI tools for creative tasks.
- A good understanding of the printing process and the ability to prepare artwork for production is essential.
- AI tool management/prompting.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are important for working effectively with other creatives and departments.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in:

- UX-UI
