They supervise laundry staff, maintain equipment, manage inventory, and enforce safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision**:Manage and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- **Operations**:Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing of laundry items.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure that laundry processes meet established standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and garment care.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage the inventory of linens, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and laundry chemicals.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure that laundry equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and functioning correctly.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to health and hygiene protocols.
- **Customer Service**:Address and resolve any concerns or issues related to laundry services.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, including production, inventory, and maintenance activities.
- **Training and Development**:Train new employees on laundry procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

- **Supervisory Skills**: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of laundry staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
