- Assist in preparing and processing dispatch orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch of goods.
- Maintain records of dispatch-related documents.
- Track shipments and update status reports.
- Communicate with transporters and clients regarding delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper packaging and documentation as per company standards.
- Support the dispatch team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
