**The O**pportunity**

At Worldline, our technology addresses persistent challenges of the payment world. We design and operate leading digital payment and transactional solutions that enable sustainable economic growth and reinforce trust and security in our societies. We are looking for a talented, motivated and ambitious Team Lead for our End-to-End QA team. The purpose of the E2E QA team is to deliver a fully automated quality assurance system allowing to check the correct implementation of the Android Terminal software and to guaranty non regression of the implemented features over time.

The team will work with components delivered by multiples teams, including the server-side components to do black box testing at complete system level. The tests will concern the functional requirements but also non-functional requirements and major error tests cases

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities***
- To analyze and understand new and existing software components and requirements
- Gathering test requirements and producing test specifications
- To prepare a test scripts to test each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results.
- To conduct testing in systematic manner & in the preparation of test scripts.
- Manual execution of tests, recording of results, investigation and logging of faults
- To review Test Cases
- Maintaining relevant test results databases
- To ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release & to review the test execution
- To report the defects.
- To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes.
- To provide advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues and undertake elements of supervision.
- To ensure creation of test data
- Employ advanced troubleshooting strategies; quickly determine root cause with limited support from others and provide support in troubleshooting.
- To produce test reports, providing feedback on problems found

**Who Are We Looking For**

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Good understaning on Core Acquring process for Merchants, PSPs, Aggregators, Acquirers
- Sound knowledge and hand-on manual/functional/automated testing experince of Payments Domain, Payment/Switching, POS & ECOM
- Knowledge on Acquiring Solution & Systems for Merchant Management, terminal Management, Settlements, end to end Recon
- Knowledge on Incoming/Outgoing files to different schemes like VISA, Master, AMEX and others
- Process orientation and clarity of thoughts.
- Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical and methodical in approach
- Attention to detail and must be able to report & address problems quickly and accurately.
- Experience with Jira test management tool.
- Hands on Experience on performance and Regression automation tools.
- Strong follower of SDLC Process, Bug Tracking, Ticketing.
- Experience in single & multiple release project life cycles.
- Ability to interact and coordinate with employees at different levels, different groups, and different geographical locations within the company.
- Ability to adapt to waterfall or agile model of Project delivery as per the need of the hour
- Significant contribution as an individual performer as well as a team player

**Technical Competencies**
- Excellent working knowledge of Unix.
- Should have performed functional testing on BASE I & BASE II and other Card Payment platforms.
- Exposure to Authorization processing [ISO 8583], Cards, all POS financial tranasactions and Value added service transactions
- Detailed knowledge of Manual Testing. Explore to automation testing will be addtional advantage
- Knowledge of Communication protocols used across various schemes for Authorization (Ex: ISO,VIP,GCAG)
- Knowledge on Docker, Git and CI/CD will be an additional advantage.
- ISTQB certification will be an added advantage.
