1. Develop lesson plans, adapt the curriculum to meet individual student needs, and utilize effective teaching techniques in translating lesson plans into productive student learning experiences which best utilize the time available for instruction.
2. Utilize computers and other technological classroom support equipment in student instruction.
3. Maintain classroom organization and discipline.
4. Establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere.
5. Provide and maintain a safe and supervised environment in the classroom
6. Devise and utilize techniques that accurately measure student progress.
7. Evaluate student's academic and personal growth keeping appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Post-graduation/Masters in English
At least 3 years experience in Teaching English at college level
Preferred Immediate joinees.

**Salary**: ₹25,329.22 - ₹30,305.69 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560045, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Master's (preferred)
