- Maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state in the production team
- Commitment and focus to complete every task to a high standard
- A flexible approach to work and to meet deadlines
**Required Skillset**:
- Proven game designer experience
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written documentation
- Have a good understanding of technical implementation within games
- An understanding of marketing and market research to understand what your target audience wants and how to sell it to them
- Basic to understandable drawing skills to communicate ideas visually
- An innovative approach to game design and the ability to come up with new ideas
- Teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate with others to create the game
- Ability to understand the 2D oriented game design
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: Up to ₹220,000.00 per year
