**Job Description: Internal Auditor - Manufacturing Sector**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in developing and implementing audit plans tailored to the manufacturing sector.
- Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes in coordination with the Audit team.
- Identify risks and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures.
- **Process Improvement and Risk Mitigation**:

- Review and analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Suggest actionable steps to mitigate identified risks and enhance operational effectiveness.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and industry-specific requirements.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work as part of the Audit team, traveling to various manufacturing units to perform on-site audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve audit findings effectively.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Graduate is mandatory).
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in internal auditing, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in audit software and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively with the Audit team.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
