**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain the features and benefits of our CRM software.
- Schedule meetings between the potential clients and the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and scheduled meetings.
- Meet daily targets of booking a minimum of 10 meetings.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a positive relationship to increase conversion rates.
- Commission Details:

- ₹100 per successfully booked and confirmed meeting.
- Target: Minimum of 10 meetings booked per day.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in [specify language(s) based on company requirements, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Comfortable with remote work and selfmotivated to achieve daily targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
