Be familiar with sanitation regulations
- Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc
- Cook food in a timely manner Assign tasks to kitchen staffs
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen - Supervise cooks and offer assistance

whenever needed
- Experiment with new recipes Ensure compliance with the health and safety

regulations
- Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests
- Proven work experience as a chef or cook Good communication skills
- Great time management skills Strong organizational skills
- Ability to do multi-tasking Leadership skills - Advanced knowledge of culinary
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
