**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Physics to senior secondary students (grades 11-12) according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote understanding and interest in Physics concepts.
- Conduct practical experiments, demonstrations, and use technology to enhance learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular tests, assignments, and evaluations.
- Provide timely feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement.
- Prepare students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, etc. (if applicable).
- Maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics or a related field. A B.Ed. is preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Strong understanding of Physics concepts and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Experience in teaching competitive exam preparation (optional, but preferred).
