We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architect/Draftsman to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Junior Architect/Draftsman, you will play a vital role in the creation of new designs, utilizing your skills in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to develop innovative architectural solutions. Additionally, you will need to possess a basic understanding of architecture, including the ability to determine the area of complex designs and provide accurate quotations and cost estimations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and showcase your creativity in a dynamic architectural environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize CAD software to create new detailed designs for panels, screens and murals..
- Assist in the development of design concepts, considering functionality, aesthetics, and structural integrity.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development.
- Calculate and determine the area of complex designs, ensuring accurate measurements for cost estimation and project planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain pricing and material specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in architectural design and CAD software.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) with the ability to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
- Basic knowledge of architecture principles, design concepts, and construction processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to find innovative design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the project team, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Familiarity with estimating and cost calculation methods to provide accurate quotations.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior architects.
- A portfolio showcasing your CAD skills and design work is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
