**Job Title: Call Center Agent**

**Location**: Mohali Punjab

**Shift**: Night Shift (With Cab Facility)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound or outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in interactions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
