Motion Designer

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and technically skilled **Motion Designer / Interactive Designer**to join our team and bring digital experiences to life. If you are proficient in Rive, Jitter, Framer, Spline, and Unicorn Studio, and have a knack for transforming ideas into motion and interactive designs, we'd love to meet you.

**Role Overview**:
As a Motion Designer / Interactive Designer, you will work closely with the creative team to develop innovative motion graphics, interactive prototypes, and dynamic visuals that enhance user engagement across various platforms. You will use industry-leading tools like Rive, Jitter, Framer, Spline, and Unicorn Studio to create exceptional designs that align with our brand and project goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning animations, interactive prototypes, and digital experiences using tools like **Rive**, **Jitter**, **Framer**, **Spline**, and **Unicorn Studio**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers, to bring concepts to life.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ensure designs are optimized for performance across platforms, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Assist in creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in design tools**: Extensive experience with **Rive**, **Jitter**, **Framer**, **Spline**, and **Unicorn Studio**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, interactive designs, and UI/UX work.
- Expertise in creating interactive prototypes, animations, and UI/UX assets.
- Knowledge of design principles, including animation timing, ease, transitions, and user-centered design.
- Ability to translate brand guidelines and creative direction into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with front-end development and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus but not required).
- A passion for learning and staying on top of new technologies and design trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in agile environments or with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of design systems and how to implement them in digital products.
- Experience with additional tools like **Figma**, **After Effects**, or **Cinema 4D** is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
