Join a dynamic team in our **module fabrication project** at Dahej, where your expertise in **mechanical and welding inspections** will ensure top-quality execution. This long-term assignment (6-9 months) offers an excellent opportunity to work on significant industrial development projects while enhancing your technical skills and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review project specifications, drawings, datasheets, and codes before work execution.
- Conduct inspections of **mechanical fabrication, equipment installation, and piping assembly**.
- Verify **material receiving inspections, MTCs**, and maintain material traceability.
- Witness **hydrostatic, pneumatic, leak, and operational tests** as per ITP standards.
- Ensure calibration validity of all tools and instruments used during inspections.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with **ASME, API, ASTM, and project standards**.
- Identify and document non-conformities; raise NCRs and ensure corrective actions.
- Inspect installation of **static and rotating equipment**, including alignment and grouting.
- Prepare detailed **inspection reports** and assist in final dossier handover.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in **construction, fabrication, or plant maintenance QA/QC**:

- Knowledge of **ASME Sec VIII, B31.3, and API standards**:

- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Familiarity with **Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)** and QA/QC procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree in **Mechanical Engineering**:

- **6-8 years of experience** in QA/QC for fabrication or construction projects
- **Mandatory Certificate**: ASNT NDT Level II

**Job Type**: Full-time (Contract - 6 to 9 Months)

**Location**: Dahej GIDC, Dahej, Gujarat

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
