**Job Requirement**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Create entertaining content for our game that our players are tempted to share
- Conceptualise and run content experiments from UGCs, animated videos to AR filters to increase our game’s organic reach
- Create original short-form video content featuring our animated character
- Create funny memes that relate with our players
- Write creative briefs for graphic designers and motion graphic designers and work closely with them to deliver on KPIs
- Monitor the performance of social media KPIs and execute necessary interventions
- Conduct geo-specific culture, and trends research & give recommendations

**Requirements**:
- Proven 4 years of experience in content creation (preferably video) with a portfolio of organic content campaigns is a must.
- Prior experience managing a scaled-up social media page is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Instagram's algorithm, analytics, and best practices for growing and engaging audience
- If you are a creator yourself, it is a plus
- Excellent communication skills & creative thinking
- Sense of humor that's as wonderfully quirky as a cat wearing sunglasses & ability to find the funny in even the most mundane moments
- A keen eye for design and limitless creativity
- Should be deadline & result oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with graphic designers and motion graphic designers
- Well-versed with social media trends across platforms.
