**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to provide information, offer services, or collect feedback.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide solutions to their queries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Identify and escalate issues to the relevant department if required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Promote products and services by offering solutions tailored to customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and focused.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with the local market in Faridabad is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
