**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a **creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator** who can bring our brand to life across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and execution, with a strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage daily content (reels, stories, posts, carousels, shorts) for all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to create engaging visuals and videos.
- Write compelling and brand-aligned captions and scripts.
- Stay on top of current trends, memes, formats, and social audio-visual styles.
- Run on-location shoots (with models/products) and convert them into content pieces.
- Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or Later.
- Engage with our audience by replying to comments, DMs, and creating interactive stories.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and campaign execution.
- Track performance using basic analytics and suggest improvements.

**You Should Have**:

- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, VN Editor, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Meta platform algorithms.
- A good eye for aesthetics, fashion, and storytelling.
- Excellent written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Experience in video shoots and editing short-form videos.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Photography skills, reels on your own profile, or an active fashion/lifestyle blog.
