Job Vacancy**:Placement Executive**

Location**:Brainware Computer Academy - Baguiati**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential employers to ensure timely and successful student placements
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to ensure job opportunities for students
- Arrange campus placement activities for students
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and job fairs for students
- Organize job fairs and recruitment events to connect students with potential employers
- Assist in developing students' resumes and cover letters, interview preparation and job search strategies
- Provide career counseling, motivation and advice to students regarding job search strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and and job placement data
- Keep up-to-date with current job market trends and employer requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Minimum 1 year of experience in placement or recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the local job market and industry trends preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
