**Required Skills and Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and MBA in marketing & Sales

1+ years experience in sales, ideally in a business-to-business or B2B setting

Proven ability to strategically plan and implement sales strategies towards successful achievement of sales goals or targets

Experience in new business development and strategic account management

Team player who believes in cooperation and teamwork

Strong interpersonal, people-management and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi

Ability to travel and visit markets regularly

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
