Welding Inspector

Conduct in-process line inspection at various welding stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Monitor and evaluate job progress during fabrication, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact the quality of the final product.

Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improvements in welding processes.

Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records for future reference and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 7.5.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in welding inspection, preferably in Bus Body Building, Fabrication, or Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes and quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
