**Quality Verification and Standards (QVS)**:

- Our Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is an integral part of our development process, consistently delivering actionable insights that support our game teams to optimize software performance and elevate gameplay. Their dedicated efforts ensure that we deliver cutting-edge entertainment experiences that captivate and inspire players and fans globally.

Our Quality Designer II will report to our Development Director from the EA India QV team. The job will be performed on site.

**YuYour Responsibilities**

Quality Strategy and Test Planning
- Ownership of quality strategies utilizing your expertise in software testing and automation
- Accountable for the identification, escalation and mitigation of risks in your focus areas

Quality and Data Analysis
- Interpret data from numerous sources to produce clear, relevant information, informing decisions to improve product quality and QA service delivery
- Translate project metrics into data-driven decisions and strategies

Collaboration and Communication
- Work with other team members and partners to solve problems and improve processes
- Be the QA representative in meetings, offering insights, leading quality discussions, sharing information, and identifying potential risks

Mentorship and Team Support
- Mentor and support team members in implementing quality strategies
- Lead improvements and knowledge sharing across teams

People/Talent Management
- Manage, mentor and support QA team members
- Conduct performance reviews, support career development and ensure proper training

**Our Requirements**

Experience and Knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or game design
- Experience planning and executing a test strategy and tasks using Scrum/agile process
- Experience with video gaming platforms, including Mobile.

Skills and Abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to translate project metrics into data-driven decisions and strategies
- Excellent collaboration and communication across disparate locations and cultures
