**Salary**: ₹12,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and standards.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Work in various kitchen sections including preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Monitor and maintain food stock levels, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking meets hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and helping them develop their skills.
- Help with menu planning and food costing as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members.
- Report to the Head Chef and assist in managing kitchen operations as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CDP or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the kitchen and adapt to various tasks.
- A passion for cooking and creating new, innovative dishes.
