**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating a strong grasp of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear and concise language for the patent office.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of patent law and relevant legal precedents of various patent offices such as USPTO.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field (B.Tech, B.Sc., BCA, MCA preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a technical field or patent drafting is a plus.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a proven ability to draft clear, concise, and technically accurate documents.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable language.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in patent drafting software (e.g., MS Word) and legal research tools is a plus.
