**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic **Helper cum Marketing Intern** to support both daily store operations and marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in retail, customer service, and local marketing.

**Key Responsibilities:Store Operations**:

- Assist in sorting, packing, and organizing school uniforms
- Help with customer interactions and basic sales support
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the shop
- Support during high-demand periods (like school reopening season)

**Marketing & Outreach**:

- Visit nearby schools to introduce our services and build relationships
- Distribute brochures, collect contact details, and arrange follow-ups
- Maintain a record of outreach activities and contact information
- Assist in WhatsApp and local promotional campaigns
- Take basic photos or videos for social media (optional)
- Minimum 12th pass or currently pursuing graduation
- Navi Mumbai locals preferred (especially near Kharghar)
- Comfortable with traveling locally for school visits
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Familiar with mobile apps like WhatsApp and Google Maps
- Honest, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow

**Work Details**:

- **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (6 days a week)
- **Location**: In-store with occasional field visits
- **Stipend**: ₹6,000 per month (starting)
