Your contribution?

You would be expected to perform the following functions (Will evolve as the organization grows):

- Create curiosity-inducing & engaging content in multiple online & offline formats on financial literacy & general topics for children & adults.
- Liaising with corporate clients & partners on requirements & smooth execution of quiz programs.
- Engage with employees of different organizations online and offline as part of their culture circles.
- Create a learning environment in your online/offline session that requires you to spark interest, discuss, advise, teach, guide, and support participants.
- Responsible for end-to-end coordination and logistics for quiz events, both online & offline.
- Fulfil all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate, review, and take responsibility for content/curriculum created by yourself and other team members.
- Create innovative new formats of content for audience engagement.
- Train facilitators on the content created for delivery.

- While we are not hard fussed about your educational qualifications, we would prefer that you have some quizzing experience, either as a quizzer or conducting quizzes.
- You are comfortable working with and learning from children & adults.
- You have worked at a start-up earlier and regularly dealt with ambiguity and firefighting.
- Strong ownership, process orientation and attention to detail.
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
