Job Title: English Language Trainer

Project: English Language Training Program - Jharkhand

Location: Various District Headquarters across Jharkhand

Duration: 2.5 to 3 Months (Contractual)

Remuneration: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

About the Assignment:
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic English Language Trainers to deliver structured language training sessions at district headquarters across Jharkhand. The assignment is part of a large-scale language development initiative aimed at strengthening English communication skills and classroom instructional capabilities of participants.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective English language training sessions as per the prescribed modules and schedule.

Facilitate both Instructor-Led (ILT) and Computer-Based (CBT) learning sessions using Words Worth Language Lab software and supporting material.

Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and track participant progress throughout the training.

Maintain accurate records of daily attendance, training activities, and feedback.

Coordinate closely with the project team for reporting, logistics, and implementation support.

Ensure a learner-focused, participatory, and outcome-oriented training environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Humanities, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in English language training or communication skills training.

Strong spoken and written English skills.

Familiarity with CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and blended learning methodologies is an added advantage.

Comfortable with using digital tools and language lab software for instruction.

Willingness to travel and stay at assigned training locations within Jharkhand.

Contract Details:
This is a full-time, short-term contractual assignment. The monthly remuneration will range from ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 based on qualifications, experience, and performance in the selection process.
