_**Job Brief**_

A paint color matching job involves developing, testing, and ensuring precise shade consistency in coatings or paints.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Perform color matching and shade development as per product or customer requirements.
- Analyze and match color samples to established standards—using instruments like spectrophotometers or colorimeters for accurate shade reproduction.
- Maintain accurate records of color formulas and adjustments, documenting experiments and results for quality tracking and future reference.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and QA/QC teams to scale up successful lab matches to commercial production and troubleshoot any color deviations.
- Stay updated on pigment technologies, digital matching tools, and industry color trends, training junior staff as needed.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**_
- Experience in color matching, typically 1-3 years in industries such as paints & Wood coating Industries.
- Degree/diploma in chemistry, polymer science, or related field; proficiency in basic math, measurement, and understanding of pigments/polymers.
- Good documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of safety protocols.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
