**Responsibilities**:
**Video production**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including managing equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
- Direct participants during shoots to capture the desired footage.
- Ensure high-quality video and audio recording, paying attention to framing, composition, and technical details.

**Video editing and post-production**:

- Edit raw footage to create polished and engaging video content.
- Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
- Select and edit music, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement the visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the final product aligns with the brand's aesthetics and messaging.

**Storytelling and scriptwriting**:

- Develop creative concepts and compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.
- Write scripts or outlines for videos, including dialogue, voiceovers, and narration.
- Craft engaging storylines that effectively convey key messages and evoke desired emotions.

**Collaboration and project management**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, technical team, marketers, designers, and content creators, to ensure video projects align with broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate schedules, locations, and talent for video shoots.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

**Technical knowledge and continuous improvement**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and editing.
- Continuously improve technical skills related to cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team, contributing to a culture of learning and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Maker, Videographer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in video production equipment and software, including cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong storytelling abilities and an eye for capturing compelling visual moments.
- Excellent video editing skills, including proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of visual effects, motion graphics, and color grading techniques.
- Experience with scriptwriting and storyboarding.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video projects and demonstrating technical skills and creative storytelling.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
