**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software/IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in software/IT sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
