**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Programme Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and oversee programme schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all activities and events.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including trainers, educators, or external partners, to align resources and activities.
- Assist in the development of programme materials and resources for participants.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track programme performance using key indicators and maintain comprehensive records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders on programme progress and outcomes.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve programme delivery and effectiveness.
- **Stakeholder Communication and Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for participants, answering queries and providing support throughout the programme.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including funders, sponsors, and partners, to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with internal teams to review progress and resolve any issues.
- **Budget Management and Resource Allocation**:

- Assist in budget planning and track programme expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Allocate resources efficiently and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures while maintaining programme quality.
- **Event and Workshop Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate workshops, seminars, and other programme-related events.
- Ensure logístical details, such as venue setup, material preparation, and participant registration, are managed effectively.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining participant databases, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing invoices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
