Creative Graphic Designer

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Creative Design & Content Development**
- Design and develop high-quality graphics for digital and print media including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, patient education materials, and promotional campaigns
- Create motion graphics and animated content for digital platforms, including educational videos and promotional materials
- Develop visual content for patient awareness campaigns, health education initiatives, and community outreach programs
- Design infographics to simplify complex medical procedures and eye care information for patient understanding
- Create visual identities for hospital departments, medical camps, and special healthcare initiatives

**Digital Marketing Support**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual strategies that align with hospital objectives and healthcare regulations
- Design social media content calendars with engaging visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Develop landing page designs and website graphics that enhance user experience and patient journey
- Design promotional materials for medical camps, health check-ups, and awareness programs

**Brand Management & Compliance**
- Ensure all visual content adheres to healthcare industry standards and medical advertising guidelines
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand style guide for the hospital
- Create patient-friendly visual communication materials that comply with medical ethics and privacy regulations

**Analytics & Performance Optimization**
- Monitor and analyse the performance of visual content across digital platforms
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize designs based on engagement metrics and conversion rates
- A/B test different design approaches to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Provide design recommendations based on performance data and user feedback

**Required Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in healthcare, medical, or wellness industry
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in healthcare/medical graphic design and digital marketing materials

**Technical Skills**
- **Essential Design Tools**: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- **UI/UX Design**: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- **Additional Design Tools**: Canva Pro, CorelDRAW
- **Motion Graphics & Animation**: Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Unity, Unreal Engine (basic knowledge)
- **Web Analytics**: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media analytics tools
- **AI Design Tools**: Knowledge of AI-powered design tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) would be advantageous

**Language Requirements**
- **Essential**: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- **Highly Desirable**: Proficiency in Tamil and/or Malayalam for regional content creation and patient communication
- Ability to create multilingual design content and adapt visual communication for diverse linguistic audiences

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in healthcare marketing, medical advertising, or pharma communications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical advertising guidelines
- Understanding of patient psychology and healthcare consumer behaviour
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar digital marketing platforms
- Experience with SEO principles and content optimization
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in design (WCAG guidelines)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
