- Responsibilities_
- _Receive Monthly/yearly Trade Promotion set up request (Contracts)_
- _Review the Trade Promotion Request_
- _Set up Trade Promotion in the system_
- _Handle Deductions & payment_
- _Receive Invoice/deduction request, validate disputes & indicate reasons for Valid/Invalid_
- _Coordinate for appropriate approvals with Client_
- _Review invoice and any relevant adjustments or deductions with customer_
- _Contact internal partners (CS, Business, Sales team, etc.) to discuss resolution options_
- _Coordinate with Sales for approvals_
- _Resolve reason for deduction_
- _Attach backup documentation_
- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _Ability to learn ERP systems with preferable knowledge of SAP_
- _Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel_
- _Good Communication Skills & Typing Speed_
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Any Graduate_
- _Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)_
- _Knowledge of SAP_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good customer handling skills_
- _High Energy level_
